Go to the materials lab and apply it as a texture map :)

Try to use another shield. The Buffalo Shield does have some troubles with texture applying.

Possible workaround: create a Square primitive, apply your image as a transparency, and then parent it to the front of the shield. If you stick it very close it might look as though the design is actually on the shield itself. This will only work against a flat surface though - if the shield is curved then the design will look like it's floating in front of it.

The easiest way to get a flat shield is to use a primitive - a squashed cylinder probably. That's how I made the shields for most of my units. It's easy to apply a texture to. I don't know if it would suit this unit but you can always try.

Poser->Props->Primitives

Then squish it.

It is a prop. Just parent it to his forearm. :)

Alternately, I can make you a shield if you have a picture of the type you want and apply the image for you.

To make the red civ colored, just change the civ color in the palette from blue to red.

Great work bigdog. Thank you for helping us out with units. It's too bad you can't get that eye on the Buffalo Warrior shield. Maybe you could use it for an Isengard orc? :)
