Are those two features integrated in the current BtS FfH ?

I never have seen any weapon promotion yet like iron weapons or similar, and in my last Calabim games my vampires seem to be unable to feed of the city population to get exp ( button greyed out. )

Weapon promotions are in current version. Are you sure that you have techs that needed to weapon promotions?
Can't remember what tech needed, and because that stupid wiki doesn't work i can't help you anymore :)

Bronze Working, Iron Working, and Mithril Working are required for Bronze, Iron, and Mithril weapons, respectively.

(Edit: Or rather, they are needed to access that resource from the map. If you trade for the resource, you get the weapons without the tech.)

Or play as Hyborem and you will have iron right from palace:devil:

Good point ;) . You need those resources before you can get any weapon promotions.

These are all incorrect infos AFAIK.
1) Having the resource is not enough, you need to know the "metal" working tech to have the weapon promotion. In fact the resource is revelaed one tech earlier (for example copper is revealed with Mining and the weapon promotion arrives with Bronze Working).
2) You do not need the forge to obtain weapon promotions. You did need it in older versions, but not anymore.

Grillick did have it correct, and said exactly what Onedreamer said. But added the caveat that if you get the resource by some other means (trade/wonder) you can get the weapons immediately, without need of the Tech.

Having the resource is enough, but just because you have a mine over the resource doesn't mean you have it. You need the tech for your mines to work, but through trade or wonders (Mines of Galdur, formerly the Dragon's Horde) you could get weapons upgrades much sooner.

Feast must be cast in a city you own, which must also have a population of at least 3. (except on my computer, where I modded it to have no pop requirements and to raze a city that would otherwise drop to 0 pop (I did the same for consume soul). Still, the city has to be at least size 3 for the vamp to gain xp. Razing cities this way actually make it lose xp)

Edit: I'm really hoping that we can convince Kael to add tech requirements for the actual weapons promotions. (Especially since I like to make the Mines of Galdur grant 1 gold (or copper), 1 iron, and 1 mithril, so its power is spread out throughout the game. Getting mithril weapons that early is just too strong. I'd also like the Dragons horde to grant free mithril again instead of an enchanted blade promotion, which is so much easier to get by other means)

AFAIK you can only feast once per vampire per turn atm. I'm not sure if this was intended but I suppose it helps to balance the calabim a bit.

Unfortunately , playing the Mod since late "light" I fullfilled al those requirements yet still did never see a weapon promotion like i was used to in Fire and without BtS. With or without iron bronze or mithril, with forges or weaponsmiths, i just can not get them. *cnfused*

Same for the feast. I tried it with new build vampires and with Losh Valas in my 25 pop capital. The button was greyed out.

I have got no idea why. Seems like I have to deinstall Civ and BtS and FfH completely and try again praying to the gods it will work then. But I hate to do this.

Could there be any stupid reason for this features not working, like some forgotten patch or anything like ? I play patch L at the moment.
