Your first city starts out with the palace, common knowledge. But does the game treat that as one of the two possible National Wonders? If I move the palace to another city does that count as one as well?
Example:
My capital will produce at full maturity a base of 61 commerce. I would like to build Wall Street and Oxford University there and have the civic Bureaucracy running at the same time for a huge beaker boost. Also I have a religion founded there and will eventually build the Wonder that increases gold by +1 per city with that religion present. Will this be possible, or does the game see the palace as one of my National Wonders?
I also plotted out a spot for my second city that will at full maturity produce a base of 80 commerce (88 if I move the palace here) and will produce about 10 more hammers than my current capital. Again running Bureaucracy, and again wanting to put the Wall Street/Oxford Combo there if the game doesn't see the palace as one of the two National Wonders if I build the palace in this second city instead. Only difference is, I could isolate this city and try to force found a religion for the +1 gold per city, but the early ones are taken and not sure if I want to B-line it just for that purpose.
I guess if the game sees the palace as one of my National Wonders I could leave the capital where it is at and build Wall Street there seeing as how the religion is already founded there and put the Oxford U/Iron Works in my second city (leaving Heroic Epic/West Point combo and National Epic/National Park combo for other cities to come).
Any idea's?
