I try my best to refrain from using the WB, but sometimes the temptation is to much. For example, let's say i'm going out expanding and i find a nice city. It has good resources, terrain and everything, but the exact spot i want to put the city on, is on a mountain. :( so i go on world builder and take out the mountain and place my city there.

So basically, I want to take out access to the worldbuilder in my games until i end this habit of mine. I've seen it be done a couple of times before, but i'm not sure how you do it. So i'll ask here.

On the game setup screen check the option "locked assets". And this option isn't available if you just choose play now to set up a game.

oh so that's what the Locked Assets button does... :lol:
