I got attacked by Augustus + his vassal Justinian and one of them bribed Ragnar.

The next turn Charlemagne has created a vassal, Bismarck. (1768 AD)
Bismarck makes contact and the message is shown in logscreen, but
no out come of the AP resolution. So, the world isn't at war with the Vikings.
When I enter the world builder and remove Charly's overseas cities, so he won't be able to create a colony,
the outcome of the AP resolution shows up and every civ with the Buddhist religion declares on Ragnar.
(Btw, in 1770 AD Charly created another colony.)

A little off topic, but I have a question about your screenshot. Why do you have a city in the floodlands and a farm in the dry land?

The water tiles below Nijmegen are fresh water/lake.
