When I first start a game and highlight a technology, improvement or unit in the build menu I get a little pop up that tells me what it does. After playing for a while I stop getting these and therefore have no idea what anything does. I realize I can look it up in the Civlopedia, but I don't want to and shouldn't have to do that. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks in advance!
