I need to know how to get back some Word docs that may or may not have been deleted. Is there a way they could have been stored in some folder like, a temporary one or a recent documents or something of the sort?

you can download a recovery program like rest2514(don't download it on the computer you think you deleted the files on)

for what it's worth you should stop searching the internet as basically anything at this point could be taking up the space your documents used to occupy.

Did you check your recycle bin? They possibly could still be there if it hasn't been emptied.

Explore your C: drive, look in documents and settings, then account the main account, then look in my recent documents. Lot's of random stuff in there.
