Does anyone here know about a good site, documentary, book, etc. about the vikings? I have recently become more interested in them and I thought I would ask here if you knew.

Seriously, there need to be classes on using Google or something. I don't mean that as an insult, I've been thinking about it for a while. But that's another thread...

I did in fact try to googled, but I was unsure as to the accuracy of the sources. In addition I was also wondering about documentaries, or books, neither of which I am likely to find through google.

Never said they were the best, but PBS is a semi-safe place to start ;)

I'm sure you would be able to find many Norwegian books on the matter in your local book store. There's quite a lot of Danish literature on the subject, so I'm sure there must be in Norway too. ;)
