I posted on another thread that was talking about graphics issues, but I don't think it was the same thing, so I made this thread.

Here is a breakdown of what I have tried and what expansion I was using.

Warlords:
1920x1080 works
1920x1200 works

BTS:
1920x1080 doesn't work
1920x1200 works

Steps to reproduce:
1) Set window's resolution to 1920x1080
2) Run BTS
3) You will not get any video output from the game

Work around:
1) Set window's resolution to 1600x1200
2) Start BTS
3) BTS will come up and internally 1920x1080 does work, just not when Windows is set to that.

OS: Windows Vista Ultimate 32 bit
Vid Card: Nvidia Geforce 8800 GTX

have you tried setting the BtS resolution in the civilizationIV.ini ?

yep, tried that, same issue. It is under vista BTW
