For some reason, I can't see any of the big leader heads (the small icons are there, though) when selecting a leader or in diplomacy. As far as I can tell, it's for all mods, but I've only played Afterworld (where there are no heads), Final Frontier, and normal Civ4 BtS.
The only thing I can think of is that it might have been one of the mods, but I played them, in the order above, first, so I don't know if the problem existed before that, but it probably did.
I meet all the minimum requirements, and all the recommended requirements except for that I only have a 64 MB video card.

This is a known problem with Geforce 2/4 MX cards

Is there any way to fix it or am I stuck like this unless a patch comes out?

Im having the same problems too, if I increase the graphics then play the game, when I meet a leader, it will go out
