I usually play as a random civilization, and whenever I get a creative/spiritual/philosophical leader, I get confused, because they are obviosly intended for cultural victories, at least most of the time, so I`d really like to know where I could find some sample games or articles here on the forums concerning cultural victories. Thanks.

Huh? All of those are superb warmonger/SE traits... Creative isn't even particularly good for cultural victory but very good when going for early domination for example... There are a boatload of threads started on cultural victory already..

Focus on three cities.

Create as many religions as possible, spread them and build shrines

Build wonders in those three cities

Aim for Liberalism, switch to free speech, increase your cultural slider to 30-40%

Aim for Mass media and build Eiffel tower.

Set your Cultural slider at 100% (many religions will provide you with a lot of income late in the game)

Cultural is the easiest way to win at Civ 4. Almost broke the game for me, once I fugured out how to win this type of game. Luckily, it took me over a year before figuring out how to win that type of game
