civ_steve,
how about giving us an extra week for this also...? :mischief:

I' pretty sure I'll need the full next week to finish COTM43 (and probably I'm not the only one), and then doing this in just two weeks would be quite hard for me. My plan is to do COTM44 & 45 in 3 weeks each and then I should be "back on track".

Cheers and happy new year,
Lanzelot

Perhaps you could skip a game if you don't have the time?

But that would mean (another) gap of two games in the ranking, and how am I ever going to catch klarius then...?

Somehow I don't believe klarius is losing any sleep ;)

This is the GOTM; I am inclined to increase the game time to 5 or 6 weeks to permit larger maps with higher difficulty levels, mainly for the purpose of allowing us to explore these types of games and permit the general player to submit within the time allotted. COTM44 is a Prince level, standard sized map so it would be difficult to justify extending the game. There is a link in the GOTM Reference Thread on how to play games more quickly if that helps. :)

Ok, I see.

I already tried some of the tips in that thread, but so far invane...
Perhaps I should hand over the keyboard to my daughter once in a while, that'll certainly speed up some of the games ... :D

Cheers, Lanzelot
