Just wanted to find out where I could download a good grphic program that is compatible with the civ3 FLICs. I would like to alter the apperance of some onf the units.

You need FLICster avalable in utilitys on this site.
and I would suggest Paint Shop Pro from jasc.

Yeah I got the FLICster, but I just needed to know about the graphics program.

I think it is at www.jasc.com if you did not find it yet.
It will open story board PCXs from FLICster.

Paint Shop Pro also comes with Animation Shop which will edit the standard Flc. Civ3 Flc can be converted into standard Flc by using Flicster. ;)

Paint Pro shop Jasc 7.0 is the BEST! :)
I would suggest buying it.
It will pay off in the long run if you will be creating animations.
I know it has for me :yeah: , and for others.

:) Yeah, I figured that both of us had the same. Unless you want to have the same for both...
Since your working on tanks ow, I figure that looks good on you right now ;)
Too bad they don't have for avatar a Waffen SS :jump:

I think the V-1 missile will look good for your avatar (after all you created it ;) )
Or the Stuka that you had before :)
