Sorry to bother you all and ask, but, I am having trouble with government-specific Improvements/Wonders. When changing or having changed the government, viewing City Mode creates and 'illegal' error. If anyone could help me, I would much appreciate it. This error is slowing development of my mod, which has yet to be named. Thank you in advance.

Sorry to add this also, but, I am having constant trouble with the Civ.3 Editor, and the Hacked version theirof. Roughly 94% of the time I use them, my computer just freezes.

-Before the main map edit shows up
-When I try to open a BIC file, sometimes when I open the rules editor
-When I close the rules editor
-When I place terrain
-When I move the position of the map edit screen

Most often it happens before the main map edit shows up and when I close the rules editor. If anyone wuold be so kind as to help, my progress would increase by 48.3%. Again, thank you in advance.
