Instructions
a) download the EXE file
b) copy it under your MOD folder (where you installed TAM mod)
c) launch it

Note:
If you wish a chance to quickly restore the TAM static LHs, at first save a copy of
Mods\TAM\Assets\XML\Art\CIV4ArtDefines_Leaderhead. xml
to easily switch between the two LHs type

These are great. The people on the left...do they actually move?

Do you mean the left part of each picture? They are just photos from popular movies and animated leaderheads (right ones) are based on them.

I'd suggest to use Mourndraken's Theodora (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=270697) as Teuta and there's some great Roman emperors (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=272851) by Ekmek. I do like the version of Semiramis that you have put here, I'll have to look out for that one!

Roman emperors are great, but "unfortunately" they look like roman emperor :D and don't fit other civ leaders.
Also Mourndraken's Theodora is great, but she is Izzy based like Semiramis.
I prefer to pick up different LH based, as much as possible.

I'm searching and checking for a better Decebal, Agamemnon, Viriato and Deiokes LHs

Roman emperors are great, but "unfortunately" they look like roman emperor :D and don't fit other civ leaders.I think, you could easaly use Aureliu's LH for one of the "hellensitic" Leaders. Becouse of his beard, he isn't looking to much roman to me.

Although several LHs are based on the same model, each LH has its unique animation.
My goal was to collect on civforum (and sometimes rework) animated LHs similar to the static ones, as much as possible.
