Will certain cultures display the same type of behavior,every seperate game I play. For example: if the Mongolians are hostile in one game will they act the same way every time I start a new game,or are attitudes and behavior random each new game.

Every leader has it's own personality, but some variation of course happens in different games. Any leader can either be your best ally or your worst enemy, depending on how the religions spread and how you manage the diplomacy. But if you start with Monty next door, you better start building those units...

If you want different behaviors each time, turn on the random personality option. I think that's what it's called.

It seems some leaders go about building the space ship differently than others too. Unless there are other factors I haven't yet put together. I've seem launches of ships not 100% completed before, and others they wait till 100%, and then I've seen cases where after 100% completed, they STILL wouldn't launch!??

They just installed BTS and can't find the launch button?
