is there a way to choose which starting location you will begin at?

the map needs a cpf file which is created using Gramphos' multitool. once you get a cpf you can use the save game editor of the tool to place your civs properly.

I had posted here in my Worldmap thread (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=17886&pagenumber=1) (page 1, scroll down some posts) a small tutorial "How to make and how to use starting locations". (But this tutorial was written for C3MT version 0.83. Please use the newest version.)
