I have tried to play around with the mods some with little luck. I was running Warlords until this week when I bought BtS finally, and I guess that hardly any of the new mods work in Warlords (or I'm just retarded).

Anyway, question is, "Is it possible to create a completely new victory condition?" My friends and I sometimes try to build religion heavy civs and I think it would be a nice victory condition if all civs had same religion (or something like that). Also with BtS espionage is a new and huge concept, so a spy related victory would also be fun.

I couldn't find anything in the Mods section, so maybe its not possible. If it hasn't been done yet then does anyone with modding experience have any suggestions or hints?

The FFH mod has a religious victory if you own a religion's holy city, that is your state religion and it has spead to 80% of the world. So it is possible, I just have no idea how to do it.

yeah but FFH is one of the most complex and intricate mods ever created for civ4. i don't think this will be dead simple to create victory conditions but also you have to try and get the AI to pursue them (in the same way as they never pursued culture in pre-bts)
