Hello,

I have CtD when launching the game before it loads the menu.

I have recently uninstalled Civ4 Vanilla and Warlords, leaving only BtS, would that be a cause of an issue ?

I am probably going to reinstall everything, is BtS + FfH enough or do I need Vanilla ?

Need vanilla to be installed still, but there's no need for Warlords unless you want to play the Warlords scenarios. Which clearly you don't since you can play FfH :)

And now, meh, to find the CD again... :P

If you uninstalled warlords then you will need to rither reinstall it or uninstall/reinstall BtS. You don't need Warlords to play BtS, but to make it easier for the game to find the info it needs all the Warlords additions are kept in the Warlords folder. Installing BtS will create a warlords folder even if you don't have warlords, but uninstalling warlords deletes the folder.
