Hello,

I have Civ 4: Beyond the sword (as well as Warlords, and obviously the original)

When I go to LAN games (on either computer) I can create games, but the other cannot see it, however if I make it direct IP (which seems to be slower, dunno though) I can connect and play fine, except for aforementioned slowness.

Both are updated to the most recent version, both computers have Vista (Ultimate and Business)

The only thing I can think of is that both are installed with same CD key, (both computers are mine, however I have a friend who often comes over, and has his own CD's that he uses to play) [But I can't understand why this would make it so I could do direct IP]
