i have been thinking how to reduce expansion
and make city powerful. also hoping to reduce
the poor-ness of AI (like 3 gold poor!!!) and
also to make production of unit easier.

these are some ideas and concept :

there is now a cap rate for science funding.
factory, powerplant and manufacturing plant have their production doubled.
all science improve have their culture raised by 1.
max and min research turns is now 3 (-1) and 60 (+20).

all shield produced by the terrain are doubled.
terrain improvement (irrigation, mining, road) now double bonus.
terrain improvement except road and railroad takes 50% longer.
railroad takes 100% longer to build!

(improvement will now make a bigger different)

food consumed is increase to 3 (+1) per gay.
settler production cost increase to 50 (+20).
all resources bonus (food, shield, gold) are doubled.

(the geography is now much more important! as it should be :p )

mountain defensive bonus is 200% (+100%).
hill defensive bonus is 100% (+50%).
jungle defensive bonus is 50% (+25%).
all unit's bomdardment power is increase by 50%.
radar artillery, battleship fire rate is 3 (+1).
ship have their movement rate tweak and increased.

(it would be a little defensive, i haven't done tweaking the attack yet :eek: )

do give any suggestion and comment.
what work, what doesn't. any bugs.
what needs to be changed etc.
