This is probably the wrong place to put this, but I'd like to create a modpack, but since I have little to no modding skill, I'd need someone to help me out with the actual technical components thing. I'd really be more of an ideas guy than a tech worker on this, but I have a lot of things that I'd like to implement, but are just not able to.

So, would anyone be willing to team up with me to make a mod? I'm not going to post any of the ideas here yet, because I'm also the kind of guy who wants to reveal everything to the public all at once, but I really need help with this. If someone thinks I need to show one of my ideas, here it is:

Have religions create specific positive and negative effects as a state religion (ex: Having Confucianism as your state religion would give you less civic upkeep, say half the cost).

You should check out the mod forum... There's plenty of folks there to help. Plus, modding Civ4 ain't that hard. Get your hands dirty. Read some tutorials. Once you get the hang of it, you can really do a lot with this game.

BTW- this thread will probably be moved. It's gonna be ok.

EDIT: Seriously, if you _really_ have the time to produce a mod and reveal it "all at once," then you have the time to learn how to mod. Plus, if you build a team, you'll be better able to communicate with them.

All right... but I can't find the incomplete mod forum! All I see is a completed mod forum, and nowhere for an incomplete mod.

Try this (http://forums.civfanatics.com/forumdisplay.php?f=158)
Scroll all the way down for a general mod discussion forum. Hope this helps!
