:confused: I know this question has been answered before, but Heres the situation i'm running up against.
Currently running 3.03 Civ IV beyond the sword and The add on pack for RtW.
"Failure to uncompress game data" is what it states as an error message, How do I fix this, theres a download that fixes this somewhere...:confused:

Do you mean 3.13 and add-on? Add-on will only run in 3.13.
And then you need the RtW patch which fixes a save bug. http://rtw.apolyton.net/files/RtW_AOP1_Patch1.1.exe

Am running 3.13 Addon was reinstalled, uploaded patch and STILL a error *Failure to uncompress data*:(

I hope you're not trying to load an old save after installing the RtW patch from above?
Old saves are unfortunately lost.

I had this exact problem while running 3.13 add on pack 1 with a savegame from last night so I hope this fixes it.
