Their are three new honors that need to be accepted:

The Great Librian:
Outstanding efforts in Science Affairs.

The entertainer:
Outstanding efforts in improving citizens moods. Also outstanding efforts to provide humor to the citizens.

The Messanger:
Outstanding efforts with the demogame.(Can not be a citizen)

Of course, but we still need to get a culture one. (wonders of in his own though trying to figure one out)
