I am playing Churchill (I call myself Lord Something). I go exploring, meet a bunch of AI including Churchill of England (same traits).
This has never happened before. I recently changed an XML file to remove the potential of an Ap. Palace victory per a post on these forums(changed a "1" to a "0"), but that is it.
This ever happen to anybody else. I have raging barbs, choose religion and no tech brokering enabled, but I have never played with "Unrestricted Leaders" and the box was not ticked when I just checked.
