BtS installed and patched fine but will not launch. The load screen appears, disappears and immediately a Windows error message comes up:
Sid Meier's Civilization 4 : Beyond The Sword has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Error signature:
AppName: civ4beyondsword.exe AppVer: 3.0.0.1 ModName: ~df394b.tmp
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00078c9c
Using Windows XP Home.
Warlords runs fine, Vanilla only runs by using 'Run as..' on a different user.
