Mais sur: TopGun/Fire Fox! :D
Virote_Considon Jan 22, 2008, 06:25 AM Very nice!
I may be a little slow off the bat when it comes to aircraft, but would I be correct in saying this is a fictional aircraft?
TopGun Jan 22, 2008, 08:11 AM That's right, it's fictional. I saw the need to give Brennus his own air force...
;)
Vuldacon Jan 22, 2008, 10:34 AM Great Design TopGun69... I like the "Paint Job" too. :goodjob: Brennus is very pleased to have his own unique Air Force :D
Goldflash Jan 22, 2008, 10:35 AM Well.. the Super Mystère is real fighter/bomber. And French. So it makes some sense, I suppose.
Virote_Considon Jan 22, 2008, 12:17 PM *phew* I avoided showing myself up there
I love alt-history units!
SoAB Jan 22, 2008, 12:17 PM Creative liscense... I love it! Excellent paint job, Top Gun.
themanuneed Jan 22, 2008, 04:37 PM "Asterix" squadron  The one with the special weapon prepared by druids ? :D BTW what did you mean by "Mais sur: TopGun/Fire Fox!" ? Sounds like an automatic translation... Or is it some gaelic expression ?
Mithadan Jan 22, 2008, 04:49 PM That is so cool, a French plane done up for "the Celts" in Civ3. Great idea!
BadKharma Jan 22, 2008, 08:13 PM Nice job and an interesting twist on history.
Quinzy Jan 26, 2008, 11:36 AM "Asterix" squadron  The one with the special weapon prepared by druids ? :D BTW what did you mean by "Mais sur: TopGun/Fire Fox!" ? Sounds like an automatic translation... Or is it some gaelic expression ?
Mais Sur sure doesn't look Gaelic to me but it could well be french or similar?
themanuneed Jan 29, 2008, 03:56 PM The two words can be french (depends how you pronounce them) but they don't mean anything together... that's why it sounds to me like an auto-translation ("But sure!" maybe)
TopGun Jan 29, 2008, 04:22 PM It was a weak attempt by yours truly at speaking French!
themanuneed Jan 29, 2008, 05:33 PM Maybe if you tell me what you meant I could translate it ;)
TopGun Jan 29, 2008, 10:40 PM I meant to say, "For sure!"
themanuneed Jan 30, 2008, 01:49 PM I meant to say, "For sure!"Translation : "Pour sûr!" or more modern "Bien sûr!" or "Bien entendu" (doesn't mean "you heard good") I would say "Une co-production TopGun/Fire Fox bien entendu!" :)
TopGun Jan 30, 2008, 01:58 PM Merci beaucoup!
:D (I know, that this is right!)
themanuneed Jan 31, 2008, 04:18 PM :D Yes it is ! And "De rien, je t'en prie" (You're welcome)
