A couple of Questions..

1) First off, in my new tweaked scenario, I am adding a new government.. but im not sure what to add and how to implement it.

2) Secondly, If i make a new scenario, can i put a new Units_32.pcx somewhere else (like in the scenario folder in Civ 2??) or do I just keep adding to the SAME Units_32.pcx... in the units folder?

1) Do you want suggestions for the government or to know if/how you can and them?
Yes you can add them, one of the only things you can add without a hacked editor, just push the add button.
Fascism and fundamentalism are the most often added.

2) I do not know, if not they should or even better have it use one from the unit folder

why have scenario specific units_32 files? It's much easier in the long run to just keep adding to one file: you never knew when you might want to combine the units from 2 scenarios.

Oh.. so if i am going to start adding to my Units_32.pcx do I need to keep certain icons in the same place? or what?

yes, it would be easier but if I play a senario created by modder "A" and also have a senario by modder "B" I would have to keep flipping files unless they both combined their units files, gets even more complex when I throw in modder "C".

It seems much easier to have senario files if you decide to play other peoples mods.

I think I remember hearing that the XP will allow scenario-specific graphics, which would include units_32.pcx. If we're lucky, the editor patch will allow them.
