Add Shaka and you have your 3 warmongers.

Peaceful ones: Ghandi, Asoka, Hathepsut, William the Oranje dude...

Warmongers: add Tokugawa, Alexander, and Caesar (although the last two have some common sense)

There are many other peaceful leaders, but none that you can count on NOT attacking you (although i had Asoka backstabed me few times), like any American, English or German leader.
Also Russian ones, except Stalin are rather peaceful (thou Cathrine can sometimes be a real biatch).

You should consider Isabel as one of the warmongers but this highly depends on your religion. If its same as hers, than she`ll be calm, but if not......you can bet you both arms she`ll attack you.

Isabella is always on my list to destroy. Even when she's not attacking, she's still annoying.

I remember a chart somewhere that had a list of percentages of likelihood to attack, backstab, etc.

Anyone have that?

BTW: Shaka, Monty, and from what I've experience, Brennus are all mega war-mongers. Monty and Brennus are pretty incompetent, though. Shaka, on the other hand, can actually manage to appease his warmongering while also improving his war-makers. I've warred with him in my game for awhile, burning and taking his cities, yet he still hangs in there and is still above Brennus who is still rolling under-teched armies (but ridiculously huge ones...).

Lincoln's definitely one of the most peaceful AIs. Same with Elizabeth.

Full agreement. Won't open borders with you since you're a heathen. Settles cities to block roads if you are too slow to claim land (or can't afford it ... last game I was still digesting someone else so I couldn't build any more cities). Overall, an uncooperative AI, though not as bad as Toku.

That should be in the Download DB. They've been saved as Excel spreadsheets.

Well the trick is to open borders with her before you establish a religion .....or simply dont bother, she`ll attack you anyway :)
