well, its not really a technology, but it culd be fun maybe:

a tech called 'tourism' that makes all old great wonders produce some revenue (generated by all the tourists that come to visit it..., and maybe some pollution as well, since tourists are major pollutors anyway :D )

what do other people think? revenue could depend on the age of the wonder, the number of people in your empire, the culture factor, and how your diplomatic status with other nations is (foreign tourists?)
