Is there a way to unlock all civs from the start ? I mean to play them from the start ? Me and my friends want to start at the same time, we don't care about the AI players, just the civs we want to play.
I know we can switch later, but playing for example China/Japan/India/Mongols from the start would be better.

Sure you can! On the main menu go to Advanced -> Unload Mod then start up multiplayer.

lol! anyway...
I haven't tried this, but you could try and change the tBirth array in the Consts.py file. It should be in
C:\Program Files\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods\Rhye's and Fall MP\Assets\Python\
With the player IDs going down as following
egy

chi

No idea if techs are affected, you'd probably have to sort that out too otherwise it could be a tad unfair if America started in 3000BC with Gunpowder...

Well, you can play the Earth 18Civs map (or something like that) outside the mod. It's almost the same, just without UHVs, coded events, and stability. But it went horribly unbalanced for me.. I played China, my bro Japan and we went far ahead of the rest of the world in technology.. reaching paper in the 1st century :P
