So what are the preferences for each leader when you have Choose Religions on?

I was just wondering. I think I want Islam and Taoism to be the first two religions in my next game.

Buddhism, Hinduism, Judaism, Christianity and Confucianism have all been the dominant religions in my games, but I've never seen Islam or Taoism get above 16% in a game...(probably because they are founded so darn late, espesically Islam)

So yeah, what are the preferences for each leader when you have Choose Religions on?

Many of them dont have a preference. The rest;

All European and American leaders are of course Christians + Zara. Exception: Stalin as communist does not have favourite religion!(Mao too)
Mansa, Sal and the both ottomans are of course muslims
Asoka is of course Buddhist, Kublai, Toku, Sury as well
Wang is the only one confucian
Qin is the only one taoist
Ghandi is the only one hinduist
and noone is judaist.

The only time when I have seen Islam with a high spread was when I deliberately spread the religion. You are correct, by the time it is founded, most existing cities already have a religion, and "natural" spreading only seems to occur when the city does not have a religion.

Not surprising since historically there has only been one other nation outside of Israel that had Judaism as a religion.
