I am downloading the newest patch. It was past the point where the green bar goes accross and I got to the point where it says "Open folder" do I need to do anything more? or is the new patch downloaded? and can I get this new patch by going to scenerios in the Civilization IV scenerios, or is there another link?

Erm... I think you need to save the patch, them unzip it into your scenarios folder.
