Those kind of looked like torpedos to me. The lasers were fired from the nose, but the torpedos were fired from the underside.

I was referring to the "muzzle flashes" of the turret where the droid should be (on the top behind the cockpit). It appears to be firing the blasters (couldn't think of the correct term in my last post).

Though you are correct about the torpedoes.

I didn't even notice a turret up there until you said something. Wow, that just slipped past me. I think that one is an Ion cannon. The flashes do look kind of blue to me.

These are amazing. More spaceships! I like the Phantom the best as I think you've got the textures to look really interesting. It has a very tangible sort of feel to it.

I know I'm basing it on the movies, but I don't ever recall seeing an ion cannon. But maybe I'm just not exactly sure what I'm looking for (and I don't read the books).
