What i could find in the way of Navy Seals and Sam Infantryman.

Sam Inf:
With the invention of the aircraft it quickly became apparent that mobile infantry units would need some kind of Anti-Aircraft weapons to defend against the new menace from the air. However, when flight was invented the idea that a single person could carry a rocket-based missile to destroy aircraft was unthinkable, and it took years before any were put into service. Throughout World War II, both sides in the conflict used rocket launcher devices in various forms.

This is a fun civ. Even though i made them start at the warrior base, got more fun out of them this way.

Leaders are:

Patton:
During the buildup of the U.S. Army prior to its entry into World War II, Patton commanded the 2nd Armored Division which performed with mixed results in both the Louisiana Maneuvers and Carolinas Maneuvers in 1941.

ShaoKahn:
Shao Kahn (frequently misspelled as Shao Khan) is the Emperor of Outworld. He resembles an Asian warrior-king in many respects, and embodies evil in many forms. He is known for his godlike strength, extreme callousness, brutality and his fondness of personal executions, but rises above the level of a mere warlord through his intelligence and knowledge of black magic.

Pardon the interruption, but what does a character from Mortal Kombat has in common with being the leader of Seals & Sam Infantry?
