I've been messing with my XML to change a few things I felt my game needed, like removing global warming for example. The last thing I wanted to do was give my air power the ability to kill units and ships. It wasnt immediately obvious how to do it just by amateurish browsing through the files.
I'd appreciate any tips on making air strikes more useful. I'd much rather rely on them to clear out marauding pillagers than land units since they can rebase anywhere to respond to invaders.
