"what is at stake is more than one small country. it is a big idea, a new world order, where diverse nations are drawn together in common thoughts to achieve the universal aspirations of mankind."
UHVs: create historical conflicts with specific outcomes and profit, spread christianity and fear throughout the world, build the CFR
merge existing nations into one, example: european union, soviet union, to achieve world government
a world bank wonder, where you could LEND to other nations at interest and have access to their resources etc, similar to having them as a vassal
you could also be able to switch civs multiple times to effectively shape the control, culture, influence and relations of the world as the game progresses
RFC kicks ass either way, but i have no idea how to use XML or mod with no aspiration to learn. i enjoy using debug mode and the world builder to control the civ world with money, religion and fear.. so?
in conclusion, this is just an idea.. wonder if anyone else could enjoy this?
thoughts?
