Hi, I recently started getting the modding bug for Civ 4, and while I have some talent here and there, I am quite bad at SDK, and not sure how to even use it. I am requesting the help of anyone that knows anything about this game's code on a new mod that will allow you to make special units derived from The United Nations wonder.

The current concept implemented is this:
1. Create wonder
2. Wonder allows unit construction, including UN Diplomat unit
3. UN Diplomat can construct UN Mission building
4. UN Missions can allow construction of UN units...

However, I cannot figure out how to get the UN Diplomat to make buildings in other Civ's territories. I can only make it so you can build them in your own territory--which is default in the game.

If you know how to change the code to allow this, I would be grateful. You will most definitely be involved as co-modder.
