Regardless of Faction, it would be wise to register in one of the tiles in the Nations boarders. If you join the RPG, free housing in the tile and 1000Y will be yours for the start. Under the Federation of Free States (the current ruling faction) to be a registered voter in any of the 4 States (or Port Civius, but it has no Rep votes), you must state your Residency in the thread.

Check in "Civ 4 Democarcy Game 4" in this forum, or "CIV4 MTDG , 3 Teams + some AI civs (not Civ3)" in this forum. There is also a CivIII DGame revival. There's a poster on the front page.
