This is part 1 of a 4 part question. It is being done this way to prevent confusion from diluting the vote unfairly.

It should be up to the faction. If they want a rule they can have it, if they don't then thats fine as well. So I'm not sure how to vote in this poll...

If you want them to be able to not have a rule, then a no vote is the only way to achieve that result.

If we are rather enjoying the Roleplay element of the game at a certain era then I see no reason why we should force ourselves to move forward quickly.

As I said elsewhere -- there should be some core game constraints, but it will be up to the faction to decide how much or how little of it they want within those constraints.

We need a further poll, that describes how many turnsets (minimum and maximum) should be within a term.

What if I'm in favor of only a maximum number of turns?
