AAR stands for After Action Report. It's basically playing a game while taking screenshots then telling people on the internet what happened during the game. A good example of an AAR is Kan's "Written by the Victors" (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=180663). The game E350tb plans on playing will be similar to that but an older version.
