First Tribal Tournament
hosted by Poverty's Pub

Welcome to the First Tribal Tournament hosted by Poverty's Pub (drink up!) The tournament will consist of two main events, tribal dancing and of course massive gambling. To sign up for the tournament please sign your name here along with which events you will be participating in. You must also submit an information sheet (see below.)

List of Events:
Warrior's Pit Ladder
Contestants will be participating in one vs. one fights with no weapons. To win they may either force the other contestant into submission or knock the other opponent unconscious.

L'Ultima Guerra
Contestants will be paired off into four teams and sent out into the woods with their respective teams. In order to eliminate the other teams they must eliminate all the members of an opposing team by knocking them out or forcing them into submission, and holding them as prisoners at their base camp. This may last for many days, and prisoners can be freed by their team at any time to return to the game.

Ice2k4 has told me that he's still working on the exact mechanism, but I think it's pretty likely that it'll use a RNG.

I pray to them quite frequently when I start a new game, and every time I pop a hut, and every combat situation I get into...oh, and now, thanks to BTS, I find myself praying for good events all the time, lol!

They are so fickle though...like Conan's God, Krum...

After playing 3 games of BtS (yeah I just got it) I'm already getting annoyed by the repeating events like the river destroying my buildings even after I build a Dike (which, to my knowledge, is invented to stop floods) and a fire which destroys my Forge.

I'm going to disable events.

Just because its not a gamebreaker its irrelevant and thereby annoying.

Never had free cover promotions, I did had +1 commerce on a jungle tile for selling exotic parrots... too bad for the parrots that I chopped their homes next turn :borg:
