industrial sabotage is nice. And doing it just once per turn is not almost useless. Yes, the computer can buy back whatever you destroy but that costs him money & therefore reduces the cost to one of Incite Revolt next time.
Diploblitz is good if one wants to destroy a particular improvement eg city walls.

This is fascinating! What a difference it would have made to my 7-year old self to know all of this back in 1990... still, I enjoy a game of Civ I even now, so I'm quite keen to try out some of these. Particularly like the "Diploblitz" and "Trading Cities" ideas!
