I think a cool RP element would be a tribal court. You can have justices, cases (Tribe et al. v. pat123 anyone?), and opinions. I think it would be a neat add-on, also it would be a place for people to settle RP disagreements, instead of on the field of battle. ;)

We have had court systems in prior democracy games, and I expect one to eventually turn up here. Perhaps after Code of Laws is discovered. ;)

The Tribal Council faction plans to have a supreme court with one member, the Chief. It is said that the Chief has a large club he uses to dispense justice, when calm words don't have the required effect.

Timus is the judge, jury, and excutioner. He is the tribe, no court is needed.

Edit: The idea could be interesting if used in agreement with our civics.

Um yeah..When i think Court I think "rule of Four" and case hearings, not wooden clubs. Maybe I'll wait for code of laws...

How disputes are handled is left up to the Factional rules - so each time we choose a new faction we could have a new way to handle disputes and questions.

It's definitely an area of the game that can see some interesting roleplaying, and it's an area that is absolutely needed.

The Triad Coalition will have a semi-court system should we be elected. Philosopher Rex is our arbitrator of laws and settler of disputes. Though it won't be a fully fledged court system, it will be an ancient way to settle problems.

That is all I can ask for at this point, thanks to our archaic technology. Power to the Triad!!
