What is the best place to find the cheapest possible desktop computers? I do *not* want to build it myself. I also need a moniter.

A guy was telling me you could get some pretty good prices on Ebay that looked like some machines with good parts.

Provided you do this, I recommend buying a new harddrive. I would not trust anyone on eBay with electronic storage devices, regardless of selling history.

Ebay prices have always seemed over inflated to me for electronics- I've seen 256 mb Ram, pentium 3 computers sell for more then the dell computer mentioned above.
