Perhaps along the lines of Indira Gandhi or Benazir Bhutto. I looked around, couldn't find one. Has anyone done something like this? Queen Rania of Jordan might be good too... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Queen_Rania :)

Of course those shortcomings are balanced somewhat by her looking good  Not sure however, if this will translate into a LH...

I think that Victoria would make a good template for Indira Gandhi, maybe with one of those photo-paste jobs on the face.

There's also a stripped-down retexture of her in CivGold that is passed off as Bhutto, but she looks a little too solid for Bhutto in my opinion.

Huh? Her parents were Palestinian!

I think she's a fine representative of the Middle East.
