I was wondering, can one person have multiple RP personas? Specifically, can I, Pat123, be a non-materialistic monk, who lives in a stable with his horses, and also be a landowning aristocrat?

I think it could work, so long as when people are using their alternate personas, they specify with a title or something that they are doing so. I'm not saying that each persona needs its own land, but those in the monastic orders deserve the opportunity to participate in what is shaping up to be a very fun and inventive land ownership system.

SO THERE!! :goodjob:

people are already doing this. Provolution and Methos for example.

I am going to try to keep a main persona (the Blastoid), but will use toehrs where needed.

You could go for one character with multiple personalities, or multiple characters.

Let's see, I have kwarriorpoet (politics), Seidrik (master barbequerer, Ivory Master Carver, Historian, and Drinker with a writing problem), and I have Gaiyut, the Tracker.

I am a case study for MPD, lol. (Multipersonality Disorder).

In fact, in MMORPGs, I'm the guy with 4 active alts, 1 main, and 4 other toons that I've forgotten about on different servers...

Since we play turns in a row and then pause for a long time, I assume that there is lots of time covered in this "in between", so that, while it might sound as if one character is at multiple locations at once, he is merely doing this at different times but these are very closely compressed
