There is some rounding involved in the diplay. Like when you unit is damaged to 96%.... It would be at 0.04/1 so the 0.0 thingy is displayed.
Still very close :D
EDIT: Seen 1.0 / 1 as well... not sure how to explain this one away with rounding, so i just going to claim it was a weather baloon :mischief:

It's due to the way decimal numbers are represented in computers. It is impossible to get exactly 0 or 1 (or a lot of other integers) with IEEE floating point numbers. Play around in IDLE (the Python console) and do things like 4.0-3.0 and you get .999999999998 (I can't remember offhand how many 9's it is, sorry).
This is common in multiple languages, the same thing will happen if you load up beanshell.

Basically, he/she had most of his/her butt chewed out, so go easy on him/her.......

lol - yeah, I was excited when I saw one of those. Then I saw the healing time required to get back to full... (of course, too far from a city to really try to get back to heal...) :(

Lions and Bears love Scouts. When I explore with Warriors I see more Wolves and Panthers. Strangely, terrain doesn't seem to matter - I've seen Panthers in the Tundra and Bears in the Desert.

A scout damaged 4% would have 0.96/1, which would round to 1.0/1. I've seen 1.0/1 a lot, but never 0.0/1 in my games. Not sure if that's lucky or unlucky...
