sorry for getting thread happy in the past hour...im in the middle of a game and want to settle a city near my capital, there is one tile that switches to the new city when i settle there, but i want to keep allowing my capital to work that tile. is there anything i can do to make sure the tile stays in my capitals city radius without just setling a spot over?

just double click the the tile for the capital city, clicking once bring the tile to the city, and a second tile to put a worker
