I just realized while playtesting that my new religion's shrine is not an option for great prophets. Do I need to create like a new mission or just alter the prophets main options or what? I'm kind of lost as to where to start here and given how well things are running I'm afraid to start blindly hacking at code without knowing where to begin.

Either way I much appreciate any help with this.

UPS, figured it out, that was embarrasingly simple. I just modified the great prophet entry. I tested it too, just founded the religion and used the wolrd builder to give myself a prophet and it worked fine.
